Nowadays we can find that life has improved a lot. One of the big improvements is the easier preparation of food. Years ago, people had to stay hours to prepare the food but now we can have our food in five minutes. Consecuently, this easily preparing food has had a double effect in people's lifes.


First, there are many types of food that are easy to prepare. We can find prepared food, microwave food and fast food, wich is the most famous. These food have usually more fats and aren't as healthy as the normal food. Fast food has been critizised because it causes health problems like obesity. In addition, many people aren't used to prepare food because they just eat this types of food. Because of this, young people are becoming less independent.

But it has also positive effects. It lets people who have a reduced time to eat have more time to do it and also to do other things. Due to this life has changed for many people in a positive way.



This statement, in my opinion, is true. It can have negative effects but they are not bad at all. This food can be unhealthy when is eaten many times on a short period of time. So the main problem is the amount of times that people eat it. Unfortunately, this is not an easy problem to solve.

Despite negative effects, the easier preparation of the food has certainly improved the way people live.

On the one hand, many people is getting used to watch television at all the time. It's difficult to find someone who hasn't got Tv. It is a full time entertainment machine that's always present in our lives. There's always something to watch on TV. Because of this, people stay hours and hours in front of it, without saying anything. Instead of doing different things such as reading, talking with other people or studying. Usually we are watching it and someone of our family says something and she or he has to repeat it till we finally listen to him/her.

But on the other hand, the news, stories or other things can make us discuss or just talk with other people. It's very normal to see someone telling other person about what happened yesterday on a soap or a TV program. We also argue or discuss with other people because of the opinion we have about a new, a person or another thing that appears in TV.


In my opinion it has a double effect. It can make us talk or not talk, but the important thing is that we have to reduce the amount of time that we spend watching it.

Imaginary day

Last weekend, María,Carola and us (Julio and Reyes) went to the Alamillo Park with more friends.
We wanted to have a great time together, spending the Saturday time. Each one brought their own food, and more food to share with the others, like some crisps.
We went to the park by bike. When we got to the park we had another bike ride. We ate omelette, sandwiches and more things. Everything was excellent!
When we finished eating we spent some time lying on the grass.
After we thought that maybe there would be ducks in the park, so we went to the pond. We wanted to feed them. When we arrived to the big pond, we were really unhappy; there weren't any ducks, and we couldn't feed them like we had planned.
While we were taking photos on the grass, we suddenly saw Jose Luis, our English teacher. We were really surprise because we couldn't imagine that he will be there! He was with his family: His wife and his two daughters. They were spending well the good weather, like us. We think he was surprised too. We spent some time talking with him until he left.
After that we continued playing cards and cycling. Some girls thought about renting bikes so we went to ask for it. But we weren’t old enough to rent them. It was the second plan that we couldn't realize but we didn't mind. We went back with the other people and we ate ''churrimplamplis''.
Reyes had a terrible headache so she left earlier with Ignacio. The rest of the people stayed there more time and we talked about our things and problems. It was a really relaxing day. We enjoyed a lot!

Otley

last year I went to Otley,England. There I did different activities like english classes ,paintball, we went to Black Bull, it is an atraction park. There I mounted in a diferent atraction for exanple in PEPSI MAX it is the first one of Europa and the second one of the world Í monted four time consecutive.Then I swam in the beach of the Nort Sea, the water was very cold. finally I returned to my hause in Otley.
My family in otley was fantactic the mother's name was Maggie she was form Ireland,the father's name was Javier he was for Spain, they had a son and a daugther. I learnt a lot of things and it was a good experience.

Iguazú

The place that I would recommend you to visit is Iguaçu. There are some amazing waterfalls and it’s situated on the frontier of Argentina and Brazil. There are a lot of waterfalls there but the most impressive is ‘’La Garganta del Diablo’’. You can see it like you were going to fall in the Argentinean part but if you want to see it at all you should go to the Brazilian part.
There are very good hotels in both parts and you can get a tour and see the other part. If you go to the Argentinean part you can also see the highest waterfalls there and if you go to the Brazilian part you will see al the waterfalls in front of you. But the waterfalls aren’t the only amazing thing there. Iguaçu is also a jungle where you can find the most exotic animals, like alligators and a huge variety of snakes.
In the Brazilian part you can find many natural reserves of exotic birds. In reference to the temperature the best time to go is in winter, when there are 25º because of the tropical weather in the jungle.
If you are going to go, remember that when here is summer there is winter! I went there when I was 13 and I’ll never forget that experience it was magic.

Hello my name is Julio. I live in Seville but I was born in Granada. I'm 15 years old.I have got 2 brothers their names are Victor and Pepe. my brother victor is 2 years older than me and Pepe is 5 years old, so i'm the middle.My favourite sport is snowboard, the last time I did snowboard was last year.
I study fourth of secundary my favourite subject is physics and chemistry. I like watching TV and my favourite program is "the Simpsons",it's on the TV every day at 2pm. I also like playing videogames in the Xbox my favourite game is Call of Duty modern war fare 2.

Third day

I’m going to talk about something that happened to me when I was in San Diego.
It was our third day there and the activity for that day was bowling at SDSU. It finished so early and we were very bored. Our group leader said to us that we could go if we want so we took the trolley to San Diego’s downtown. When we got there we started to walk in circles seeing the amazing buildings and the beautiful viewing of San Diego’s bay. When we started to feel tired we decided to go to Hard Rock Café and have something to drink. There we wanted a t-shirt so we went to the shop. I was wearing some pink sunglasses that I’ve bought in Forever 21 for 4 pounds.When we entered one of the shop assistants said to me- Oh my god! How cool are your glasses! Could you give me them?- and I answered – Well If you give me your glasses…- he was wearing some red sunglasses really cool. Then he said- I’m sorry I can't...they are a present but if you want something of the shop…
So that’s how I got a new free t-shirt from Hard Rock Café San Diego! After that we continued walking down the street and some friends wanted to have an ice-cream so we entered in a restaurant. When they bought their ice-cream and we’ve sat in the restaurant one of the waitresses came to us and gave us a huge ice-cream free! We were amazed! After that I went back to my host’s family house with a new t-shirt and without any want of eating because of the ice-cream.

Hi! What’s up? My name is Reyes and I’m from Seville. Seville is a great place, the people are very nice and the weather is also so good. I live in the centre so I don’t have to walk so much to find good shops, restaurants and shopping centres. I’m studying fourth of secondary, for me it’s quite difficult…well, actually, maths and physics are quite difficult. One of my favourites subjects is English, my mother always have insisted me to go on English courses in summer. When I was little I hated it, because I went to private schools in Marbella and the people were posh and unfriendly. But when I was in fifth of primary, my parents went with me to Ireland, where we rent a house. There they met a group leader from Catalonia and a year later I went to Ireland with her. I loved that summer. The third time I went to Ireland was a completely disaster so the next summer I didn’t go anywhere. This year I’ve been to San Diego (California) and I’ve had a really good time there. With the school we made trips to Universal Studios (Hollywood) and L.A, where we went to Beverly hills,Santa Monica and the Fame Boulevard. Here I put you some nice picks I took.
